Oasis Expands European Footprint with Berlin Office Opening

Oasis Real Estate Development has officially opened its first European office at Friedrichstraße 123 in Berlin, marking a significant milestone in the company's international expansion strategy. The new office will serve as a bridge between European investors and the rapidly growing Nigerian real estate market, providing on-the-ground support for clients interested in cross-border property investment opportunities.

The Berlin team comprises five multilingual professionals with expertise spanning real estate advisory, investment structuring, and cross-border transaction management. Led by Lars Müller, formerly of a leading German real estate consultancy, the team brings deep knowledge of both European regulatory frameworks and Nigerian market dynamics. Services offered from the Berlin office include investment advisory, portfolio management for European clients with Nigerian property holdings, and facilitation of joint venture partnerships.

Strategic partnerships have already been established with several German real estate associations and investment networks, including the Bundesverband Freier Immobilien- und Wohnungsunternehmen (BFW) and the German-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce. These partnerships will facilitate deal flow and provide institutional credibility as Oasis builds its European investor base. The company is also exploring partnerships with university programmes focused on emerging market real estate, aiming to foster the next generation of cross-border investment professionals.

The Berlin opening is part of a broader international expansion roadmap that envisions additional offices in London and Dubai by 2028. Germany was selected as the first European hub due to its large Nigerian diaspora community — estimated at over 200,000 — and the growing appetite among German institutional investors for emerging market real estate exposure. Oasis invites prospective partners and investors to schedule a consultation at the Berlin office or attend upcoming investor seminars planned for May and June 2026.
